Shipping policy

At 2Tuff Concept, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Below you’ll find all the information regarding shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

Orders are shipped through trusted carrier partners (such as CTT, CTT Expresso, DHL, or others), selected according to the destination and the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🇵🇹 Shipping to Portugal

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Shipping costs:
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order’s weight, size, and delivery address.

 International Shipping

  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7 to 15 business days

 Please note that customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.

 Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for:

  • Orders over €400 (Portugal mainland only).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays or Delivery Issues

2Tuff Concept is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

 

IMPORTANT *these shipping estimates are only for products with stock availabe. Pre Orders will take more time, since we are a small brand for now, and have to wait for a good amount of pre orders to finally ship. Thank You!
